| Attendance:- |

1. |
Every student is expected to
attend theory classes, presentations, seminars etc. regularly. In case
of unavoidable circumstances the problem should be discussed with the
respective authority. |
|
2. |
Any student remaining absent
for more than 21 days without notice in writing will be declared dropped
out and his/her name will be struck of the rolls. In such an event, no
claim for refund will be entertained. |
|
3. |
Minimum of 80% attendance is
required in a semester. |
|
| Identity
Card:- |
|
1. |
Every student will be issued
an Identity Card. The student is required to carry his/ her identity
card. |
|
2. |
In case of loss of Identity
Card, a duplicate card shall be issued subject to a written request from
the student along with passport size photograph & penalty Rs.50/-. |
|
3. |
The Identity Card is valid
for the duration of the programme for the student has got the admission. |
|
| Library:- |
|
1. |
Only valid library card
holders will be eligible to use the library facility. |
|
2. |
The student can get issued
one book or magazine per library card for 7 days. Rs. 2/- per day would
be charged if the book is found overdue. |
|
3. |
In case of loss or damage to
the Book, student will have to bear the expense of the book or replace
the same. |
|
4. |
In case of loss of library
card, duplicate will be issued on the submission of a written request to
the authority and would be charged Rs. 25/- |
|
| Payment of
fees:- |
|
1. |
The student must pay his/her
fee during the specified period as communicated by college from time to
time. |
|
2. |
In case of the student
doesn't pay the fee during the specified time, late fee would be
charged. |
|
3. |
In case of the student
doesn't pay the fee during the above mentioned period, the student will
be deemed to have dropped out & will not be allowed to continue the
course. |

4. |
The fee is non- refundable
and cannot be adjusted for subsequent semesters. |
|
| Internal
Assessment:- |
|
1. |
The student will have to
appear for the periodic tests and complete all
assignments/Presentation/Seminars given to them for the purpose of
Internal Assessment. |
|
2. |
Students will be eligible
for the Final Examination only if he/she secures minimum 50% marks in
the internals |
|
3. |
Assignments given to
students will have to be submitted within the specified time period. |
|
4. |
Evaluation of Test/
Assignments/ Presentations by the faculty for the purpose of internal
assessment will be final and will be binding on the student. |

Examination:- |

conducted at the end of each semester |

The grade of pass requires
50% (internal + external) in each paper. |

Overall score will be
calculated as follows. |

| Discipline:- |
|
1. |
Students are required to
observe the decorum while attending the programme. |
|
2. |
All the rules applicable for
the use of computers and other facilities and materials will have to be
observed by the students. |

3. |
Students found violating the
rules may be disallowed to continue and his/her admission can be
cancelled without any claim of the fees paid. |

| ICMT conducts its own programme
in Entrepreneurship & Business Management This is a 20 months' programme
followed by 4 months' training / project. The project / training is not a
part of academic programme. The de-jure recognition of this programme is as
equivalent to any degree is superfluous for any judgement on academic
standing of the Institute. Students, who are concerned about statutory
recognition, may also complete a formal degree through distance learning
mode from the recognized university. The Institute reserves the right to
emphasise this difference in approach and maintain its academic
independence. The Institute reserves the right to change the requirement for
admission, graduation, content of courses, fees charged or to make any other
suitable modification should these be deemed necessary in the interest of
the Institute. All disputes are to be settled in Jodhpur Courts only. The
Institute also reserves the right to drop any programme on account of
administrative and other constraints. If a course is dropped before
commencement of the programme, students will be refunded all fees paid by
them. If a course is dropped in the middle of the programme due to
circumstances beyond the control of the Institute, students will be refunded
(after one year) fees paid in advance for the remaining part of the
programme. If a course is however, dropped in the middle of the programme
due to students' agitation, etc. fees paid by the students will not be
refunded. The Institute will, however, try to help innocent students to
complete interrelated courses through correspondence materials / E- learning
/ contact classes in order to avoid disturbance of academic atmosphere by
unwanted elements. |
